Damien and Leito return to District 13 on a mission to bring peace to the troubled sector that is controlled by five different gang bosses, before the city’s secret services take drastic measures to solve the problem.
تدور احداث فيلم الحي بي 13 : اﻹنذار بعد مهمة ناجحة ضد أباطرة المخدرات، يتم توريط الضابط (دامين توماسو) وفى قضية مخدرات وحيازة ثلاثة كيلوجرامات من الهيروين زرعت في منزله. وفى الوقت ذاته، يقوم مجموعة من المراهقين بتصوير فيلم يقتل فيه بعض الضباط ب مجموعة من رجال الشرطة، وترك سيارتهم وجثثهم في المقاطعة الثالثة عشر، لتوريط المقيمين هناك في الجريمة، وقيام حرب شوارع. يقوم المراهق بإعطاء الفيلم لـ (ليتو)؛ الذي يقوم بدوره بتحرير دامين للتصدي لهذه المؤامرة بمساعدة الرؤساء الخمسة لعصابات المنطقة.
