تتورط وردة صاحبة المقهى بحي الباطنية مع فتحي وتحمل منه، يتخلى عنها بضغط من والده والعقاد الذي يتحكم في تجارة المخدرات، عندما تلد وردة مولودها يخطفه أعوان العقاد ويدعي أحدهم أنه مات. يسيء برعي منافس العقاد بفتحي فيدخل السجن، ينتقم منه العقاد بقتل ولديه، يتفق برعي مع وردة على الانتقام منه بقتل ابنه.
