Fattouh works in change currency and heroin . He is surprised that his girlfriend Susu has become addicted. A Zionist drug smuggling organization recruits him to steal the serum of scientist Dr. Nomani, that purifies the blood of addiction. Fattouh decides to take down the members of the organization and help the police catches them.
يترك فتوح الجامعة حتى يعمل في تغيير العملة وتجارة الهيروين، يفاجأ بأن حبيبته سوسو أصبحت مدمنة، تظهر منظمة صهيونية لتهريب المخدرات تجند فتوح لسرقة اكتشاف العالم المصري الدكتور نعماني وهو مصل لتنقيه الدم من الإدمان. يقرر فتوح الانتقام لحبيبته المدمنة، فيصمم على الإيقاع بأعضاء المنظمة الذين اختطفوا الدكتور نعماني ويعاون الشرطة في الوصول إلى مقرهم.
