تدور أحداث الفيلم حول عميل سري أطلق عليه اسم (تيجر) يكلفه رئيسه في العمل بمهمة مراقبة أحد العلماء، حيث يشتبه بأنه يتقاسم الأفكار التي يتوصل إليها مع جهة معادية في (باكستان)، فيبدأ بالمهمة لكنه يفشل في قضاء الوقت مع العالم، فيقضي وقته مع مساعدته (زويا) محاولا أخذ معلومات منها، فيحدث مالم يكن يتوقعه.
